Airfare deal

For those that still need to book travel and accommodation, Tracy and I have just seen some good deals at united travel flying out of Auckland. Time is really starting to fly by now, and Tracy and I really looking forward to seeing you all in Rarotonga.

Also just a reminder that the RSVP date is the 31st of March.

We are currently working on the invites for the Wellington post wedding drinks, so keep an eye out for them. The date of the Wellington event will be the 20th of July.

January update.

We are only 4 months and 13 days away from the wedding day!  Wow, time has gone very fast. 

Remember Fiona is only an email away if you need help -fiona.watt@harveyworld.co.nz for quotes/or to book.  We have found Fiona extremely helpful and patient and she is fast to respond to emails!

Whilst the wedding is at the Pacific Resort there are plenty of other resorts around the island to stay at which are cheaper/more expensive or adult's only - something for everyone.  If you have booked, remember to return your RSVP card or email us at tandmcandy@gmail.com with where you are staying so we can organise the bus to pick you up/drop you off on the day of the wedding so you don't have to worry about transport and can have a few/or a lot (!!) of drinks on us!

On the Sunday we will be having a get together (unofficial stag and hen's do) - pretty low key.  Details to follow later once we know numbers/who is attending and what we are doing!

The Wellington drinks will most likely be held on Saturday, 20 July 2013.  Invites will be sent out for this shortly.

After a hard day's work on Labour weekend we put together the invites (thanks to the bridal party for your wonderful assistance!!). Invites went out about 2 weeks ago and if you have not received anything and you live in Aussie or the UK, then it is on its way and should arrive very soon (or you aren't invited!!).

Please note all prices are subject to the availbility at the time of booking. The accommodation deal finished on the 30th November, which means the package must be booked and paid in full by this date. Once the airfares are booked these are due for payment within 7 days. At the time of booking, I must have full names as per passports, and passport details to issue tickets. If the passport has expired I require the old passport details when issuing tickets.

To upgrade to The Works on the Air New Zealand flights the price per person return will be an extra NZD70.00. This applies to Adults and Children. Please let me know if anyone wants a price for 5 nights only or more than 7 nights.

Quick update

Hello all,
Well time is passing quickly now. With less than a year to go we are starting to get into the planning side of things. At the moment we are working on the invites and talking to the travel agent.

We are hoping to send the invites out at the beginning of November, which in theory should coincide with the first of the airfare and accommodation sales that travel agents may be having.

Airfares and accommodation are now able to be booked. But our bit of research has informed us that the sales are normally held sometime around November and again in February and March.

Well it's been a little while since we set this up, and now that we have sent out our save the date information to people. Some people may start looking on the site, so here's an update.

We have moved into our new house ( Yay ) the address for which was on the back of the envelope for the save the dates.

We have a meeting with a travel agent on Saturday, so we will be able to add some more travel tips and information after that. We will be reserving a number of rooms at the Pacific Resort at Muri Beach in Rarotonga, but we will post a bit of information about that later.

We will be putting up the agents details for those wanting to book through her.
Just a note any pricing we put up from this will be based on this years pricing not next years prices as they have not yet been released. Also airfares can only be booked upto 350 days ahead of the flights.
